Nothing fancy or complicated, just pure homemade ...that never gets old. I absolutely love making oatmeal raisin cookie I mean, it's fun. It's exciting. Beyond the fact that I love making them, I love eating them.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 teaspoon grounded cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 and 3/4 cup s rolled oats
1 cup raisins

Method:
Preheat oven to 190℃
In a large bowl cream together butter white sugar and brown sugar wntil smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla ,until fluffy. Stir together flour ,baking soad ,cinnamon and salt.Gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in oats and raisins. Prop by teaspoonfull onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven or until golden brown
